South West Driving Instructor Agency (SWDIA) used to be a subsidiary of Jenny Hayes School of Motoring, an independent driving school established in 1999 by David & Jenny Hayes.
The success of the driving school business since 1999 has seen the Jenny Hayes School of Motoring grow from just one instructor to over 25 cars covering Devon, Cornwall and Somerset, helping around 1500 learner drivers to pass their test each year.
In December 2005 the school of motoring achieved ORDIT Registration allowing the driving school to expand the Driving Instructor Training business to train independent candidates alongside our own instructors throughout Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.
SWDIA established itself as an independant training establishment in December 2006, and became ORDIT registered in it's own right.
Equally we have continued to work on our reputation, establishing us as one of the most progressive driving instructor training businesses in the South West of England. Our continuous internal training programme ensures all our instructors on both sides of the business, exceed industry standards for professional development, working towards a high level of teaching practice to produce competent and confident instructors.
