ADI Retraining
Having qualified three years ago I was at my wits end having failed two check tests the second one worse than the first! To be graded at 5 on my last attempt was beyond my wildest dreams. I owe it all to you Jenny
I can sleep again at least for the next four years!

As a qualified ADI you are aware of the three attempts and out rule that dominates your life as an Approved Driving Instructor throughout your training and career.
By investing a little time and effort in your development as an ADI you can virtually eliminate the risk of failing check tests and increase the probability of being highly graded.
Most Approved Driving Instructors do not have the luxury of on tap help and assistance with their tuition skills and often learn their trade by trial and error once qualified.
This is entirely understandable, after all your clients are not qualified to judge your instructional ability, only your personality.
There is no easy way of judging your own ability. Quite often ADI's incorrectly judge themselves by saying "I must be doing my job correctly otherwise clients would not pass their driving test".
In reality this is not a good way of assessing instructional ability as many ADI's have found out to their cost when failing a check test.
So what can we offer you through our driving instructor retraining as a qualified graded or ungraded Driving Instructor? Quite simply the help you need to become a better highly graded Instructor.
